Return conditions

As a customer, you have a 14-day right to cancel purchases made via our online store in accordance with
The Right of Withdrawal Act. When ordering with shipment, the right of cancellation runs from the day the package is picked up at  post office/delivered to the door.

 

Report right of withdrawal

A desire to use the right of withdrawal can be reported in writing via e-mail

For your safety and ours, we do not recommend reporting a cancellation period per SMS.

Framing that is ordered after purchase is not subject to the right of withdrawal as this is considered a made-to-order purchase.
